Over 2 hours still no delivery, I phoned a couple of times to see where my order was and they firstly said it was delivered but not , then said I put wrong address in not , then said they didn't receive order on line which they did. Not helpful . Will not order from them again as this has happened again

salad in chicken burger was brown, didn't look fresh, chips "overcooked" like someone put them in to hot oil they was oily and "empty". Shame cos I order from here lots and food quality is always different but never that bad
